Acrylic, pencil and collage on Arches 100% cotton watercolour paper, 8 x 10

This series came about one day as I was allowing myself to play and explore using a palette knife instead of a brush. I started to create them in a healing place by a lake, and I like to imagine these pieces are infused with a certain peace and sense of lightness.

The songs that played while I made them were Fade Into You, sung by Korey Dane and Love More by Sharon Van Etten.
